Depression, Anxiety and Fatigue in Diabetics

As a diabetic, do you frequently feel tired with no interest in daily activities? This is common in many patients. The condition is frequently accompanied by insomnia and depression. Remember to try going to bed at the same time each night in a quiet, cool and dark room. Alcohol, caffeine and tobacco should be avoided.
