Fatigue and Diabetes

According to Merriam Webster fatigue is defined as weariness from labor or stress/ the tendency to break under repeated stress. As a verb the definition is to tire. Fatigue is different from the usual tiredness because simply resting doesn’t remedy the state. Fatigue can be a characteristic of many illnesses, however uncontrolled diabetes is the primary focus today.

Many diabetes related factors add to this state of nervous exhaustion. There are some actions that might help lessen it.

One such action is to get some regular unbroken high quality sleep. Physical activity (not excessive) is also a remedy. Eat healthy. Manage diabetes. Do something that has always been desired such as a vacation or spa treatment.
