Making Myself Feel Better

The last 3 days this week I was determined to walk 10,000 steps. This was accomplished and I am very proud. Aches and pains that I have been experiencing are better. My daily headaches and backaches are much improved. However my feet are very sore. Due to this I decided to take a day of rest. Well this day is so beautiful that I cannot resist and tomorrow’s weather forecast is rain. I am already 3,600 steps into my goal. Friends if you have the medical clearance to exercise, start by walking. It is an easy tool, doesn’t require a gym or any special circumstances. Build on a goal each day. You will not regret it.
