Covid-19 and Your daily Habits

Following the daily habits of a diabetic during the current pandemic is challenging. Every person must remember to move, move, move. Some instructors think that any movement is good however I am present to say that at least 30 to 40 minutes of cardio five times per week is ideal. Speaking from experience more calories are burned and more steps are taken in a programmed aerobics class than just walking at your own pace. Patients of course are asking where do I find such classes during these times. My response is that free classes are available now if you look. There are free U-Tube videos, Facetime videos and Instagram videos.

Next, use your free time to search for healthy recipes to eat a more balanced diet and be sure to monitor portion sizes.
