COVID....Continuing On!!!!!!!

Here is more from the mouth of a covid patient. “This is day eleven (or twelve ??) of this journey. I administered another rapid covid test on yesterday and it still showed positive. There is no fever only weakness, fatigue, body aches and a dull headache. My digestive system is better. With the aid of combined ibuprofen and acetaminophen I accomplished 7 hours of sleep. I would love to get some heart rate zone minutes but my body and head say no. I am working with my medication and diet to keep blood sugar spikes to a minimum as I am now led to believe these spikes feed the virus.”
